Dear RC40 Members,
Please find below information from our colleague, Florence Becot, about Call for Proposals for Western SARE's Sabbatical Research and Education Program.
----------
Hello all,
I have been asked by our colleagues at Western SARE to share the Call for Proposals for their Sabbatical Research and Education Program.
The program is open to faculty “around the world to partner with researchers, agricultural professionals, and producers of the Western U.S. for conducting research, education, and Extension activities on sustainable agriculture. Projects focused on unexplored topics in underserved communities and understudied geographic locations are of special interest. Grants cannot exceed $75,000 over the entire budget period, are limited to one year, and cannot be renewed or extended.” Proposals are due by November 18, 2021.
Sounds like a great opportunity for faculty members. Please pass along to faculty you know who may have an interest. More information, including the Call, is available at: https://western.sare.org/grants/sabbatical-research-education/.
Thank you!!
Deb
